The hotel provides complimentary coffee, tea, and water throughout the day.
Unfortunately, my stay was marred by several issues. First, the cleanliness of the room was subpar, with bed linens appearing unwashed and containing hair. Additionally, communication with the front desk was difficult as staff had limited English proficiency, which complicated basic inquiries. Lastly, the location felt quite isolated, making it necessary to rely on expensive taxi services to reach popular sites.

It’s a culinary dream come true! The hotel even had free coffee, tea, and water available around the clock. Francisco, the awesome van driver, was a lifesaver for getting around.
But here's the kicker, the location isn’t exactly a tourist haven—going to the hotspots requires cab rides that can burn a hole in your wallet. A shuttle would’ve been a smooth move for getting us to the action!

Not the best stay
The room was just okay, but the bedsheets were super dirty with stains. Ugh! When we asked for new sheets, they just handed them to us and expected us to change them ourselves. Also, there’s no airport shuttle, which was a big bummer since the airport is so close. At least the snack bar had some decent options.
